Cornerstone Inspection is a small, locally-owned company dedicated to providing the most thorough home inspection services available in the Denver, Colorado area. I have no ties with any other business and do not perform any repair work. You get a completely honest and objective opinion about the condition of the house.
Owner and Home Inspector - Garet Denise, PE
I own the company, and I do all the inspections. My earliest childhood memories are from helping my Dad build an addition onto the family house and I've been involved with construction ever since. I earned a master's degree in civil engineering in 1987 and entered a career of foundation engineering, building evaluations and construction materials testing. I've run Cornerstone Inspection full-time since 2000.
Knowledge
Years of home inspection experience combined with my engineering background leave me in the unique position to specialize in both new construction and historic homes. Regardless of whether your house is under construction now or was built in the Victorian era, I can tell you what you need to know about it.

I treat a home inspection as an educational process. I encourage you to attend so you have the best understanding of the house. Your questions are welcome at any time during or after the inspection. You should feel comfortable with your investment.
